RINO-EX ATEX ATEX watertight oval and round light fixtures in aluminium alloy with lamp holder E27, IP65, for zone 22 RINO-EX ATEX watertight oval and round light fixtures in aluminium alloy are suitable for applications in explosion hazardous areas as defined in ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU. The steel wire protection cage is coloured in RAL 2011 deep orange and is attached to the body by means of stainless steel screws while the sealing is guaranteed by a reinforced gasket in non-ageing elastomer. The body of the light fixture is treated with ecological anti-corrosion passivation with fluoro-zirconium and finished with hot polymerised scratch-resistant non-toxic non-ageing polyester painting. |

The diffuser is made of 4mm thick, tempered, extra-clear flat glass, resistant to impacts and UV rays. The compact and modular solution allows achieving high luminous flux solutions, up to 195,000 lm, with an efficiency of 162 lm/W. The DALI power supply integrated into the body is resin-coated and certified for explosion-proof environments, and the polycarbonate lenses are sealed on the LED module using silicone resin. Suitable for zones 1, 2, 21 and 22.

The sealing is guaranteed by a gasket reinforced in non-ageing elastomer and completed with corrosion-resistant non-loosening terminals and non-sparking lamp holders. Supplied with M20 cable gland.
